Milling machine which adopt new technology, it is widely used in industries of pressure vessel, boiler, ship building, electric power and chemical industry and mechanical and so on. Before welding, the plate should be in processing straight edge, bevel edge and U type groove.

It has the following advantages:

1. The machine body is welding parts, after welding; the workpiece was backfired in high temperature and stress-released to avoid deformation.

2. The arrangement of guide rail is the combination of suspending type and base type, this combination has greatly improved the stability than common suspending type, and also can reduce the vibration during work.

3. guide rail is adopt high quality 45 steel, it is after forging and planning and aligning, and then precise treatment, quenching and precise milling, then fixed by screw on the body, so that can improve guide rails precision and wearability..

4. Each feeding structure of milling head is driving by one frequency motor.

5. the facer of milling head is adopt common facer

6. Theres workpiece-guard device to make the positioning fast and convenient, then greatly improved efficiency.

This machine is composed of 1.main machine body beam3.sliting plate and column beam 4.main shaft box 5. Feeding box 6.hydraulic system 7. electrical control box and operation box.

Machine body is welding plate, which has advanced design, reasonable arrangement, firm structure and high rigidity, after stress-releasing treatment, the work become more stable, thus suitable positioning of workpiece and precise processing. There are two workpiece-guard frames on each side of the machine body. Guide rail is unique carbon steel, wholly hardening and quenching then general forming, face quenching, precise milling, and then fixed on machines body to assure good anti-milling capacity and formation. The sliding plate and column-beam are all wholly casting iron or welding pieces. Column-beam is fixed on sliding plate by screws, sliding plate can move left and right , forward and back on machines guide way, while the column beam can move forward and back vertically of machine body, the elevating plate on column beam can move motorized up and down . main shaft box adopts standard milling head which is specially made by machine beds company, it is wholly casting piece, there is transmission parts in size of the box, shaft rotated by AC motor, the speed of main shaft can be changed by transmission gear, rotating speed range is 80400rpm multi-shelves and adjustable, main shaft box is placed on the slitting plate of column beam , and can move together with it. Press the motor of main shaft box to start normal milling. main shaft is placed on sliding board, rotate the worm shaft on sliding board, The angle of headstock and the level is 0-45°.Facing cuter and 7:42 taper sleeve are installed on the top of axis. Feeding box is controlled by the motor, the walking speed is 0.2m/min~1 m/min, and just press the button during working. Quick return motor, which is installed on the feeding box, the speed is 0.5 m/min. the hydraulic system is installed on the machine bed, and is divided into 2 parts, one is for the oil tank, and the other is for the hydraulic components, oil pump and motor. There are two electrical control boxes on this machine, one placed at the right column to control total machine and hydraulic part, while the other on right side of the sliding board, press needed button to start all operation.

Press inclined beam is welding plate, which has reasonable structure and good rigidity. There are automatic hydraulic plate-pressing feet and manual plate-pressing feet under the pressing beam.
